We may use automated tools to assist with fraud prevention, personalization, analytics, and advertising. Business and Marketing Partners
We may disclose certain information to advertising, analytics, and marketing partners as described in this Privacy Policy.
Where required by law, we provide mechanisms for consumers to opt out of certain disclosures or uses of their personal information.
Legal and Compliance Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:
· Comply with applicable law or legal process;
· Respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities;
· Protect our legal rights;
· Enforce agreements and policies;
· Investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
· Protect the safety or security of our customers, employees, business, or others; or

Business Transactions
If Good Science or UAB PMB Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Good Science does not sell personal information for money in the conventional sense.
However, some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly enough that certain uses of advertising cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, or disclosures to advertising partners may be considered a sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of such processing, we will provide a mechanism for exercising that right.
Depending on your location and our website configuration, this may include a Your Privacy Choices, Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or similar link or privacy control available on our website.
Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we may also recognize qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
10. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you sign up to receive marketing emails from Good Science, we may use your contact information to send you information about products, promotions, offers, educational content, and other marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send non-promotional communications necessary to administer your account, purchases, subscriptions, or customer service requests.
11. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING
If you provide your mobile telephone number and opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Good Science, we may use your telephone number and related information to send you transactional, informational, and/or marketing text messages in accordance with your consent and applicable law.
By opting in to receive marketing text messages, you agree to receive recurring promotional and marketing messages from Good Science, which may include messages regarding products, promotions, special offers, cart reminders, product updates, and other marketing communications. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology where permitted by law.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Good Science.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message you receive from us. After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us at contactus@goodsciencedaily.com.
Opting out of marketing text messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-marketing or transactional communications where permitted by law, such as communications relating to your orders, account, subscriptions, customer service requests, or other transactions you initiate.
We may use third-party service providers to facilitate our SMS program, including providers that transmit messages, manage subscriber information and consent records, and provide analytics or related messaging services.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers and vendors that assist us in operating our messaging program, but only as necessary for them to provide services on our behalf or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Good Science.
If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided to us, you should notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of that number to help prevent messages from being sent to a person who later acquires the number.
Additional terms applicable to our SMS program may be presented to you when you enroll. In the event of a conflict between those SMS-specific terms and this Privacy Policy regarding participation in the messaging program, the SMS-specific terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
